Important Information


Australian Training Plus delivers Smart and Skilled courses for eligible students across the following regions: Richmond - Tweed, Hunter Valley, Newcastle and Lake Macquarie, New England and North West, Far West Orana, and Central West. Eligible students are entitled to government-subsidised training up to and including Certificate III. Government funding is available for higher-level courses (Certificate IV and above) in targeted priority areas only.

For further information regarding your eligibility please visit the Smart and Skilled website. To undertake a VET course you will require a Unique Student Identifier (USI) which can be attained from the USI website.

You only need to create a USI once and it will stay with you for life.

Australian Training Plus has a comprehensive refund policy outlined in our Student Handbook. Smart and Skilled has Fee-Free Scholarships which are available to eligible students. To find out more regarding Fee-Free Scholarships and eligibility requirements please visit the Smart and Skilled website. People who are experiencing or have experienced domestic and family violence and/or their dependant(s) may be eligible for free training that is funded by the NSW government under the Smart and Skilled initiative. Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) or Credit Transfer (CT)
