The RGBO course is a one-hour face-to-face condensed version of the Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gambling (ARCG). This training is to help Club Directors of venues with gaming machines in NSW meet their mandatory training requirements. It gives Club Directors a high-level understanding of their venue’s responsibility to minimise gambling harm.

The course ensures that senior management:
  • Are aware of their harm minimisation obligations
  • Can help drive venue culture, and
  • Are equipped to support RGOs in circumstances where RGOs may need to escalate serious instances of gambling harm to senior management.
